This notice explains what data javiercode.com (JavierCode LLC) handles and how. We only describe what the site actually does.
Contact form
When you submit the form, your details (name, email or phone, service and message) are emailed to us via Resend. We do not store them in any site database; they stay in our mailbox so we can reply.
AI assistant
Messages you type into the site assistant are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the reply. We do not store conversations; we keep only minimal metrics (message counts and errors) without your content. The assistant is informational and is not tax advice.
Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage (page views, approximate device). GA4 uses cookies/identifiers. We do not use it for personalized advertising.
WhatsApp buttons take you to the WhatsApp app (Meta). Anything you share there is governed by WhatsApp/Meta's policy.
Providers
We rely on: Resend (email), Google Analytics (analytics), Anthropic (AI assistant), Vercel (hosting), and WhatsApp/Meta (messaging).
Your data
We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete emails containing your information by contacting us. The site is not directed to children.
